World War 1

World War 1

Postby Duncan » Sun Feb 05, 2012 3:44 pm

Mike and I went down to Kingston to play a WWI game that Ed is thinking of running at Cangames.

We ended up playing a Trench Raid Scenario using a ruleset whose name I can't remember and and then an Over the Top Scenario using the Warhammer Historical WWI Rules. Both games went well, I think I prefer the first rules but I think the Warhammer rules might be better for a con game.

To the Last Man was the other rule set.

It was a fun game, and that table looks really nice. The mist is a cool effect I thought.

Thanks;

Great looking table...the mist is definitely a cool effect. How long did the trench raid scenarios take?

Cangames is certainly short on Miniatures games still. Registration starts in 3 weeks so get you games in soon!
